Valve Gland Management
In chemical, petrochemical plants and refineries, volatile organic vapours and gaseous product losses mainly originate from valve glands.
LDAR Program
The LDAR Program is essential for an effective valve gland replacement management system. It identifies those leaking valves in need of gland repacking and can also prevent the unnecessary maintenance to valve (glands) that are still in good condition.
DETERIORATION OF PACKING MATERIAL
Deterioration of packing material over a period of time requires regular monitoring, gland adjustment and eventual replacing of the gland packing before the gland has completely “bottomed out”.
In-Situ Valve Gland Repacking
As an extension to our LDAR Service, Enserve Environmental Services offers an in-situ Valve Gland Repacking service. This completes the repair portion of the overall LDAR Programme by ensuring that unnecessary process leaks are reduced to a minimum.
Flange Leaks
Assisting maintenance personnel by pointing out the leak and facilitating in the repair thereof.
Instrumentation Leaks
Assisting instrumentation personnel by pointing out the leak and facilitating in the repair thereof.
OBSOLETE VALVES
Assisting maintenance personnel in facilitating the replacement of the valve.
